Work Hours & Schedule
Work Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday work occasionally required)
Standard Shift: 8 hours/day (Extended to 10–12 hours during high order volume)
Shift Times:
1st Shift: 06:00 – 14:30
2nd Shift: 20:00 – 04:30
Breaks: One 30-min break for 8-hour shifts; Two 30-min breaks for 10–12 hour shifts
Salary & Bonuses
Base Salary: 38,000 Kč gross/month (Increases to 41,000 Kč gross after 6 months)
Average Net Earnings: 30,000 – 40,000 Kč net/month (based on shifts and overtime)
Shift Allowances:
20% extra for night shifts
25% extra for weekend work
100% extra for public holidays
+1,000 Kč additional pay per Saturday worked
Bonuses: Overtime paid separately, annual bonus up to 25% (if no sick leave), and long-term service bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
Sorting and packing finished products near the conveyor line.
Transferring items to subsequent production stages.
Assisting with general operational tasks on the production line.
Candidate Requirements & Work Environment:
Eligible Candidates: Women and couples up to 50 years old.
Work Conditions: Work is performed near a conveyor line. Working area temperature ranges between +7°C to +12°C.
Contract & Legal Details:
Contract Type: Hlavní pracovní poměr (HPP).
Visas Accepted: Employment under visa-free regime or standard visa.
Benefits: Full social and health insurance + 1 month paid annual vacation.
Accommodation & Perks:
Accommodation: Provided in a dormitory near the facility at 7,000 Kč/month (deducted from salary). 2–4 people per room; separate rooms for couples. Single beds and bed linen are provided.
Subsidized Meals: Workplace canteen providing 2 meals/day for just 30 Kč total per working day.
Workwear: T-shirt, trousers, sweatshirt, vest, shoes, and jacket provided free of charge, including free laundry service.
Product Gift: Free 3 kg company product gift set awarded after 3 months of service.
