Work Hours & Schedule
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Duration: 8 hours per shift
Shift Rotation: 3-shift system
1st Shift: 06:00 – 14:00
2nd Shift: 14:00 – 22:00
3rd Shift: 22:00 – 06:00
Breaks: 5-minute break every 2 hours + a 20-minute lunch break (all breaks are unpaid)
Salary & Hourly Rates
Base Hourly Rate (Net): 160 CZK / hour for women | 170 CZK / hour for men
Automatic Increase: Hourly rate increases by +5 CZK after 6 months of employment
Performance Incentives: Additional bonuses provided for good attendance and high productivity
Key Responsibilities:
Load raw metal parts into automated production machinery.
Remove finished components after processing.
Safely place finished products into designated special containers.
Candidate Requirements & Work Environment:
Eligible Candidates: Men and women up to 55 years old.
Work Conditions: Work is performed standing next to automated production machines.
Environment Temperature: Maintained at approximately +25°C.
Medical Checkup: Free medical examination provided.
Work Clothing: Costs 1,050 CZK (deducted from salary).
Contract & Legal Details:
Contract Type: Hlavní pracovní poměr (HPP) – Standard Main Employment Contract.
Eligible Status: Employment available under visa-free regime or Czech temporary protection.
Accommodation & Transportation:
Provided Housing: Free accommodation in a dormitory (2–3 people per room; separate rooms for couples; standard beds).
Self-Housing Allowance: 2,000 CZK / month allowance for employees renting their own accommodation.
Transportation: Employees commute independently to morning/afternoon shifts via public transport (approx. 4-minute journey). Transportation is provided for the night shift and after the conclusion of the afternoon shift.
