Work Hours & Schedule
Work Days: Monday to Friday (Saturdays and Sundays normally off, subject to production needs)
Shift Duration: 8 hours standard (up to 12 hours when required; 160–210 hours/month average)
Shift System: 3-shift rotation
1st Shift: 06:00 – 14:00
2nd Shift: 14:00 – 22:00
3rd Shift: 22:00 – 06:00
Breaks: 30-minute paid break per shift
Salary & Bonuses
Average Gross Salary: 27,723 CZK / month gross
Net Monthly Range: 25,000 – 32,000 CZK net/month (including bonuses and allowances)
Production Bonus: Up to 15% based on team performance
Shift & Overtime Allowances:
+26 CZK/hour for night shifts (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
+14 CZK/hour for irregular schedules
+25% for weekend work
+35% for weekday overtime
+50% for night/weekend overtime
+100% for public holidays
80% pay provided during production downtime
Job Description & Requirements
Job Details:
Assemble automotive headlights on the production line.
Install components manually and using simple tools.
Connect plastic parts and install wiring harnesses.
Perform visual quality control and final inspection of finished components and headlights.
Candidate Requirements & Work Environment:
Eligibility: Men and women up to 50 years old.
Selection Process: Mandatory practical test assembling a headlight prior to employment.
Physical & Health Requirements: Work is performed standing; good eyesight, accuracy, and no medical restrictions for prolonged standing are required.
Facility Comfort: Modern, clean, air-conditioned, and heated production facility.
Subsidized Meals: On-site cafeteria providing set lunches for 22 CZK.
Contract & Legal Details:
Contract Type: Hlavní pracovní poměr (HPP) – Standard Main Employment Contract.
Eligible Status: Visa-free entry or Czech temporary protection.
Accommodation & Transportation:
Provided Housing: Furnished house in Skotnice (2–4 people per room; standard single beds, bed linen provided; shared kitchen, bathroom, and washing machine).
Housing Cost: 6,000 CZK / month (deducted from salary).
Self-Housing Allowance: 3,000 CZK / month allowance for candidates managing their own housing.
Transportation: Approx. 10-minute commute by public bus. Includes a 500 CZK / month transportation allowance.
