Job Description
Position: Production Line Worker / Quality Control Assembly Operator
Location: Žďár nad Sázavou, Czech Republic
Contract Type: Hlavní pracovní poměr (HPP)
Eligibility: Men, women, and couples up to 55 years old (Visa-free regime and Czech temporary protection accepted)
Key Responsibilities:
Quality control of individual parts and finished automotive products.
Assembly and installation of components for vehicle braking, fuel, and cooling systems.
Assembling and producing window lifting and lowering mechanisms.
Operating standing production conveyor line equipment according to defined quality standards.
Adhering to safety regulations, technical procedures, and work instructions.
Work Schedule & Conditions:
8-Hour Shift Option: Monday–Friday, 3-shift rotation (including day and night shifts) with a 30-minute break.
12-Hour Shift Option: Rotating pattern of 3 day shifts (06:00–18:00) followed by 2 days off, then 2 night shifts (18:00–06:00) followed by 3 days off (two 30-minute breaks per shift).
Position involves standing work directly on a production conveyor line.
Compensation & Accommodation Benefits:
Remuneration: 160 Kč/hour gross regular rate, yielding an estimated monthly average gross income of 32,000 to 34,000 Kč.
Accommodation: Provided in hostels or dormitories (4 people per room; separate rooms available for couples). Costs 930 Kč per month (deducted directly from salary). Accommodation is within 10–15 minutes walking distance or accessible via local public transport.
Clothing & Pre-Employment Requirements: Work clothing is provided free of charge. Candidates must pass a manual dexterity test, plus a basic math and logic test prior to starting.
Additional Logistics: Employees provide their own meals. A 1,000 CZK residency registration fee applies during document processing.
