Key Requirements & Application Documents:

Driving License with Category C+E entitlement.
International Driving Permit (IDP) valid for at least 1 year, issued by the same country as the driving license, with matching serial numbers and holder photograph/signature.
2-minute video presentation showing driving skills and work history.

Proof of initial service payment.
Issued Documents for Visa Application:
Confirmation number of the intermediary letter submission via MIGRIS.
Official invitation from the Lithuanian educational institution.
Post-Arrival & Employment Process:
Professional Training (Code 95): Complete 2–3 weeks long course (€870) or 1.5–2 weeks short course (€430) upon arrival in Lithuania.
Driver’s Chip Card: Requires an additional fee of €120.
Verification & Documentation: Provide an official certificate confirming the driving license is not suspended/revoked (sworn translation to Lithuanian available at additional cost).
TRC & Final Employment: Begin work and submit a Temporary Residence Permit (TRC) application using an apostilled, translated criminal record certificate. TRC expenses range between €100–€400 (paid fully or partially by the candidate depending on the employer contract).
Accommodation: Candidate pays approximately €300–€400 per month during training, with employer assistance provided for room location.
