Position: Production & Packaging Worker (Quality Control)

Location: Český Krumlov, Czech Republic

Contract Type: Hlavní pracovní poměr (HPP)

Eligibility: Women up to 55 years old (Visa-free entry, visa, or residence permit card accepted)

Key Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of the Czech language and ability to write using the Latin alphabet.

• Attention to detail, manual dexterity, good physical health, and readiness for shift work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing visual quality control on finished products.

• Packing, assembling, and preparing products for delivery.

• Adhering strictly to production standards and facility work instructions.

Work Schedule & Conditions:

• 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) operating on a 3-shift rotation:

  • Morning Shift: 06:00–14:00

  • Afternoon Shift: 14:00–22:00

  • Night Shift: 22:00–06:00

• Includes a paid 30-minute break per shift.

• Clean, modern, safe workplace kept at a comfortable room temperature year-round.

Compensation & Allowances:

• Base Salary: ~24,850 CZK gross per month (net earnings up to 33,000 CZK).

• Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of base salary.

• Shift Surcharges:

  • Afternoon shift: +15 CZK/hour.

  • Night shift: +20% of average earnings.

  • Overtime work: +60% bonus on average hourly rate.

  • Weekend work: +20% of average earnings.

Benefits & Accommodation:

• Accommodation: Provided at a total cost of 8,000 CZK/month; employee pays 5,000 CZK/month and the employer compensates 3,000 CZK.

• Meals & Transport: On-site lunch available with partial meal expense compensation. Transportation costs reimbursed up to 60 CZK per day worked.

• Paid Leave: 25 days of paid annual vacation.
