Position: Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator
Location: Lovosice, Czech Republic
Contract Type: Dohoda o provedení práce
Eligibility: Men up to 48 years old (Visa, residence permit, or other valid documentation accepted)
Key Responsibilities:
Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
Assembling and collecting customer orders.
Packing goods for dispatch and storage.
Work Schedule & Conditions:
Working days: Monday through Saturday (Day shifts only, starting at 07:00).
Shift length: 10 to 12 hours per day (~180 hours monthly on average).
Role requires good physical condition (no prior experience required).
Compensation & Payment:
Remuneration: 170 Kč/hour standard rate (180 Kč/hour for qualified forklift operators).
Payment Terms: Monthly salary paid between the 20th and 25th via bank account transfer. Weekly advance payments of 1,500 Kč available.
Accommodation & Additional Expenses:
Accommodation: Cost is 7,500 Kč per month (deducted from salary). Rooms accommodate 3–4 people (separate rooms for married couples). No allowance provided for private housing.
Work Shoes: Required safety shoes cost 1,200 Kč (deducted from salary).
Forklift Certification: Optional VZV průkaz certification costs 2,500 Kč (deducted from salary) and qualifies the employee for higher-rate forklift roles.
Meals & Transit: Transportation to work and daily meals are at the employee’s own expense.
Working Hours: ~180 hours per month on average (10–12 hours per day, Monday–Saturday; day shifts starting at 07:00)
Hourly Rate:
Regular Worker: 170 Kč/hour
Forklift Operator: 180 Kč/hour
Rate increase: Additional +5 Kč/hour possible after 3 months (subject to warehouse decision)
Monthly Salary: Approximately 30,600 Kč gross/month based on 180 average monthly hours at 170 Kč/hour (Subject to 7,500 Kč/month accommodation deduction)
