Working Hours: 32–72 hours per week (8–12 hours/day, 4–6 days/week; overtime available upon management approval)
Hourly Rate:
Starting Rate: 135–170 Kč/hour (varies by assigned department)
Bonus Rate: Additional +5–10 Kč/hour after 3 months (subject to production management approval)
Monthly Salary: Approximately 21,600 – 32,640 Kč gross/month base (calculated at 160 hours/month; subject to a 2,000–3,000 Kč/month housing deduction)
Job Description
Position: Production Assembly Worker
Location: Bílina, Česká Lípa (and other cities), Czech Republic
Eligibility: Men, women, and married couples up to 52 years old (Employment available exclusively with visas issued on the company’s documents)
Key Requirements:
Communicative level of English language proficiency.
Minimum height of 175 cm (required for specific departments).
Key Responsibilities:
Assembling products accurately according to work instructions.
Tightening components, applying labels, and marking parts.
Performing quality checks on finished products.
Maintaining workplace cleanliness and preparing stations before shift handovers.
Following internal control procedures and supervisor directives.
Work Schedule & Conditions:
Flexible/floating schedule working 4 to 6 days per week.
Shift length ranges from 8 to 12 hours per day.
Overtime opportunities available for additional earnings.
Compensation & Benefits:
Remuneration: 135 to 170 Kč per hour based on department placement, with potential hourly rate increases after 3 months.
Advances: Weekly advance payments of 1,500 Kč available.
Accommodation: Provided at a reduced cost of 2,000–3,000 Kč per month (deducted directly from salary).
