Job Description
Position: Warehouse Parcel Handler & Sorter
Location: Zakrzów, Poland (Registration in Katowice)
Contract Type: Umowa zlecenie
Eligibility: Men and women up to 45 years old (Visa-free entry, visa, or residence card accepted)
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving, scanning, and verifying parcel quantities and physical condition.
Sorting, picking, and preparing parcels for further logistics delivery.
Moving goods across the warehouse using handheld barcode scanners.
Loading sorted parcels onto outbound delivery vehicles.
Work Schedule & Conditions:
Working days: Monday through Friday (Day shifts only, no night shifts).
Shift choices:
First Shift: 06:00 – 10:00 (4-hour part-time shift).
Second Shift: 13:00 – 21:00 (8-hour full-time shift).
Work takes place in a fast-paced courier and delivery service warehouse environment.
Compensation & Student Rates:
Remuneration: 25.84 zł/hour net regular rate (32.00 zł/hour net for students under 26 with valid proof).
Estimated Earnings: 4,300 PLN to 5,300 PLN monthly depending on selected shift hours.
Accommodation & Pre-Employment Costs:
Accommodation: Accommodation is not provided (candidates must secure their own local housing).
Workwear & Medical Fees: Work clothing, footwear, and medical examinations are provided upfront, but costs will be deducted if employment ends in under 3 months (150 zł for workwear/footwear; 180 zł for medical exam).
Student Health Insurance: Students under 26 must hold valid health insurance (if not already insured, coverage costs 97 zł per month).
Commute: Employees commute independently using local public transportation.
