Job Description

Position: E-Commerce Logistics Warehouse Worker

Location: Pass, Poland (Registration in Warsaw)

Contract Type: Umowa zlecenie

Eligibility: Men and women up to 55 years old (Visa-free entry, visa, or residence card accepted)

Key Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of the Polish language.

  • Meeting warehouse productivity standards (the first 2–3 weeks focus solely on adaptation and training, during which productivity norms do not apply).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking orders using a barcode scanner and a specialized trolley.

  • Moving picked items to designated warehouse areas.

  • Packing and preparing orders for customer shipment.

  • Inspecting returned items for damage and placing them back in their correct locations.

Work Schedule & Conditions:

  • Working days: Monday through Friday (Day shifts only, no night work).

  • Shift length options: 8, 10, or 12 hours daily.

  • Rest breaks: 30-minute break provided (plus an extra 15-minute break on 12-hour shifts).

  • Work takes place in an e-commerce warehouse storing clothing, textiles, household goods, and small appliances.

Compensation & Additional Expenses:

  • Remuneration: 25.36 zł/hour net regular rate (31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26).

  • Accommodation: Provided in apartments or private houses at 450 zł per month (deducted from salary). Rooms host 3–4 people. Employees renting private housing receive an additional +1.70 zł/hour.

  • Transportation: Organized shuttle transport from Błonie Okrzei bus stop costs 200 zł per month (deducted from salary).

  • Workwear: Official workwear and safety footwear provided at a cost of 200 zł (deducted from salary).
