Specific Information
Working Hours: Average 200–260 hours per month (8 or 12-hour shifts, 5–7 days per week; assigned by the company across 3 rotating shifts with a 30-minute break per shift)
Hourly Rate:
Regular Net Rate: PLN 24/hour net (includes PLN 1/hour with signed PIT-2 form)
Student Net Rate (under 26 with valid status): PLN 31.40/hour net
Bonuses & Supplements: Additional +PLN 1/hour for working 240+ hours/month; performance bonus up to PLN 300; +PLN 1.50/hour for independent commuters from Wrocław; +PLN 2/hour (max PLN 400/month) for private accommodation allowance
Monthly Salary: PLN 4,140 – 5,980 per month (Subject to housing deductions and transport costs)
Job Description
Position: Medical Product Repackaging & Quality Inspector
Location: Jelcz-Laskowice, Poland (Registration in Wrocław)
Contract Type: Umowa zlecenie
Eligibility: Men, women, and couples up to 55 years old (Visa-free status, visa, or residence card accepted)
Key Requirements:
Communicative knowledge of Polish (short language test during registration).
Good eyesight (wearing glasses is permitted).
Strict adherence to sanitary and sterility standards: makeup, eyelash extensions, artificial/painted nails, jewelry, and piercings are strictly prohibited. Nails must be short and unpainted.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembling IV tubes, medical components, and repackaging medical items (tablets, ampoules, diagnostic tests, etc.).
Loading raw materials into automated packaging machines and collecting finished items.
Applying labels, packing products, and inspecting components for quality defects.
Maintaining a clean and orderly work area in sterile, temperature-controlled facilities.
Work Schedule & Conditions:
Operating 5 to 7 days per week on 8-hour or 12-hour shifts (50% sitting / 50% standing tasks rotated every few hours).
8-Hour Shifts: 06:00–14:00 | 14:00–22:00 | 22:00–06:00
12-Hour Shifts: 06:00–18:00 | 18:00–06:00
Compensation & Perks:
Remuneration: Base PLN 24/hour net (PLN 31.40/hour net for qualifying students under 26).
Workwear & Medical: Free specialized workwear (gown, soft slippers, caps, gloves) provided weekly. Pre-employment medical exam costs PLN 150 (deducted from first salary).

Accommodation & Transport Fees:
Accommodation: Provided at PLN 420 per month (deducted from salary; 2–6 people per room). Student housing + transport costs PLN 750 per month. Private rental allowance is +PLN 2/hour (up to PLN 400/month, non-students only).
Transport Directives: Organized bus transport available from Jelcz-Laskowice (PLN 120/month), Oława (PLN 150/month), or Wrocław (PLN 180/month).
