Specific Information

  • Working Hours: 180–240 hours per month on average (12 hours per day; flexible schedule operating on a 4-days-on / 2-days-off rotation or a 5-day work week; day shifts only)

  • Hourly Rate:

    • Regular Net Rate: 26.50 zł/hour net

    • Student Net Rate (under 26 with valid student certificate): 31.40 zł/hour net

  • Monthly Salary: 4,700 – 7,500 PLN per month (varies depending on total hours worked and student status; no housing deduction as accommodation is not provided)

Job Description

Position: Delivery Van Driver / Laundry Logistics Worker

Location: Gdynia, Poland

Contract Type: Umowa zlecenie

Eligibility: Men up to 55 years of age (Visa-free regime, visa, or residence card accepted)

Key Requirements:

  • Valid Category B driving license.

  • Active experience driving a cargo van with a manual transmission.

  • Basic knowledge of Polish (A1–A2 level required).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading laundry carts into company cargo vans at the base.

  • Delivering clean laundry to commercial clients along pre-assigned routes.

  • Collecting, loading, and returning dirty laundry from clients back to the main base.

  • Maintaining cleanliness, order, and proper care of the assigned company vehicle.

Work Schedule & Conditions:

  • Operating on day shifts only (shifts start at 05:00 or 06:00 and run for 12 hours until 18:00 or 19:00).

  • Schedule pattern: 4 working days followed by 2 rest days (or standard 5-day work weeks). Rest days may fall on weekdays or weekends.

  • Daily start/end workflow: Drivers report to the company base, pick up the vehicle, complete routes, and return the vehicle at shift end.

Compensation & Additional Terms:

  • Remuneration: 26.50 zł/hour net regular rate (31.40 zł/hour net for qualifying students under 26).

  • Monthly Range: Estimated earnings between 4,700 PLN and 7,500 PLN net.

  • Accommodation: Accommodation is not provided (candidates must arrange their own housing; no rental allowance offered).

  • On-Site Policies & Access: Company access card issued on day two (200 zł fine if not returned upon contract termination). Strict zero-tolerance alcohol policy with mandatory breathalyzer testing.

  • Commute: Employees commute independently to the main base via local public transport.
