Working Hours: ~168–170 hours per month on average (8 hours per day, Monday–Friday; overtime and weekend shifts available upon request or necessity)

Job Description
Position: Cemetery Mason & Funeral Service Assistant
Location: Włoszczowa, Poland
Contract Type: Umowa zlecenia
Eligibility: Men up to 60 years old (Visa-free regime, visa, or residence card accepted)
Key Requirements:
Communicative level of Polish language proficiency.
Valid Category B driving license with experience operating a cargo van.
Basic prior experience in masonry, construction, or installation work.
Readiness and comfort with working outdoors, performing cemetery physical labor, and assisting around deceased persons at a funeral home.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing site preparation, digging new graves, and erecting/installing gravestones and monuments.
Executing basic masonry, structural, and installation work at cemetery grounds.
Assisting during funeral ceremonies (carrying coffins/urns to burial sites and placing bodies in coffins; no direct bodily procedures required).
Transporting deceased individuals or funeral materials using company vehicles when assigned.
Maintaining order, cleanliness, and maintenance across cemetery sites.
Work Schedule & Conditions:
Working hours: 8 hours daily, Monday through Friday (Day shifts only, no night work).
Weekend shifts or overtime available based on scheduling needs or employee preference.
On-site training provided to refine masonry techniques and operational procedures.
Compensation & Attendance Allowance:
Remuneration: Base 32.00 PLN/hour net during training, with pay increases awarded post-evaluation.
Monthly Range: 5,600 PLN to 9,800 PLN net depending on additional assignments and overtime hours.
Accommodation & Commute:
Accommodation: Provided in shared apartments (4–6 people per room; standard comfortable beds).
Housing Cost Surcharge/Bonus: Full base cost is 1,000 PLN per month. However, employees demonstrating good attendance and punctuality receive a 50% reimbursement, reducing net accommodation cost to 500 PLN per month.
Commute: Convenient location situated within a 2- to 10-minute walk from the workplace (no transit cost required).
