Candidates: Men and women up to 55 years old.
Work location: Zápy.
Salary:
– Hourly rate is 160 CZK net for women and 170 CZK net for men;
– After 6 months of work, the hourly rate automatically increases by 5 CZK;
– Additional bonuses are paid for good attendance and high productivity.
Work schedule:
– Monday to Friday;
– 8-hour shifts;
– First shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
– Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
– Third shift: 22:00 – 06:00;
– Employees receive a 5-minute break every 2 hours and a 20-minute lunch break during the shift. Breaks are unpaid.
Accommodation:
– Free accommodation is provided in a dormitory;
– Employees who rent their own accommodation receive an allowance of 2,000 CZK per full month worked;
– Rooms accommodate 2 or 3 people;
– Couples are provided with a separate room;
– Standard beds are available in the accommodation;
– Employees travel to the morning and afternoon shifts on their own, with the journey by public transport taking about 4 minutes. Transportation is provided for the night shift and after the end of the afternoon shift.
Employment contract: Hlavní pracovní poměr (HPP).
Required documents: Employment is possible under the visa-free regime or Czech temporary protection.
