Position: Packer / Warehouse Logistics Worker (Verpackungshelfer)

Location: Germany (Rotating client sites; Initial location: Weißenseer Weg 12, 10367 Berlin)

Contract Duration: Fixed-term, 3 Years (Extension requires a separate written agreement)

Probation Period: 4 months (Termination with 2 weeks’ notice)

Key Responsibilities:

• Packing and repacking of goods efficiently.

• Conducting quality control through visual inspections.

• Accurate labeling and tagging of products.

• Preparing goods properly for shipping and storage.

• Performing additional relevant tasks based on qualifications as assigned by the employer.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Entry / Auxiliary level (Helfer-/Anlerntätigkeit). No formal education or prior specialized training required.

Working Schedule & Conditions:

• Full-time schedule based on client company planning.

• Shift work required; weekend, public holiday, and overtime work as needed within statutory legal limits.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Remuneration: €14.53 EUR gross per hour, paid monthly based on actual hours worked.

• Surcharges: Additional legal surcharges for night, Sunday, and public holiday shifts.

• Bonuses: Performance or company bonuses are possible (discretionary).

• Vacation: 20 working days per year (based on a standard 5-day work week).

• Accommodation: Provided by the employer for the entire duration of employment.

• Social Benefits: Fully compliant with German social insurance, with standard taxes and contributions directly withheld by the employer.
