Work Hours & Schedule

• Work Days: Monday to Friday

• Shift Duration: 8 hours per shift

• Shift Rotation: 3-shift rotation

  • 1st Shift: 06:00 – 14:00

  • 2nd Shift: 14:00 – 22:00

  • 3rd Shift: 22:00 – 06:00

• Breaks: 30-minute unpaid break + short rest break per shift

Salary & Bonuses

• Starting Rate (Months 1–3): 170 Kč / hour (Net)

• Increased Rate (Month 4+): 175 Kč / hour (Net)

• Initial Bonus: 1,500 Kč monthly bonus during the first two months

• Self-Accommodation Bonus: Extra 3,500 Kč / month for employees who arrange their own housing

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine, simple assembly and production tasks.

• Maintain workplace organization and follow daily operational procedures.

Candidate Requirements & Work Environment:

• Eligible Candidates: Men, women, and couples up to 65 years old.

• Physical Aspect: Light, simple work requiring no major physical exertion; performed standing.

• Workplace Comfort: Air-conditioned environment maintained at comfortable room temperature.

• Meals: Employees need to bring their own lunch.

Contract & Legal Details:

• Contract Type: Hlavní pracovní poměr (HPP) – Standard Main Employment Contract.

• Eligible Status: Visa-free regime or standard visa holders.

Accommodation & Transport:

• Provided Housing: Free of charge (2–3 people per room; separate rooms for couples; standard single beds).

• Location & Travel: Walking distance to the facility. Organized transport is provided for employees commuting from Ostrava and Frýdek-Místek if living independently.
