Working Hours: ~210–270 hours per month on average (8, 10, or 12 hours per day, Monday–Friday; day shifts only; optional weekend shifts during Black Friday)
Hourly Rate:
Regular Net Rate: 25.36 zł/hour net
Student Net Rate (under 26 with valid status): 31.40 zł/hour net
Private Accommodation Allowance: Additional +1.70 zł/hour for employees renting independently
Monthly Salary: 5,300 – 7,300 PLN per month (calculated based on 210–270 working hours; subject to a 450 zł/month housing deduction and deductions for transport/workwear)
Job Description
Position: E-Commerce Logistics Warehouse Worker
Location: Pass, Poland (Registration in Warsaw)
Contract Type: Umowa zlecenie
Eligibility: Men and women up to 55 years old (Visa-free entry, visa, or residence card accepted)
Key Requirements:
Basic knowledge of the Polish language.
Ability to meet warehouse productivity targets (the first 2–3 weeks are dedicated to training and adaptation, during which productivity standards are waived).
Key Responsibilities:
Picking items using a barcode scanner and specialized warehouse trolley.
Transferring picked goods to designated processing areas.
Packing and preparing orders for customer dispatch.
Inspecting returned merchandise for damage and restocking items in correct warehouse locations.
Work Schedule & Conditions:
Working days: Monday through Friday (Day shifts only, no night work).
Flexible shift durations: 8, 10, or 12 hours per day.
Rest breaks: 30-minute break per shift (plus an extra 15-minute break on 12-hour shifts).
Workplace context: E-commerce logistics facility storing apparel, textiles, homeware, and small household electronics.
Compensation & Additional Expenses:
Remuneration: 25.36 zł/hour net regular rate (31.40 zł/hour net for qualifying students under 26).
Monthly Earnings Range: Estimated 5,300 PLN to 7,300 PLN net depending on total hours worked.
Accommodation: Provided in shared apartments or houses (3–4 people per room; single-level beds) at 450 zł per month (deducted from salary). Employees renting private housing receive +1.70 zł/hour allowance.
Shuttle Transport: Organized bus transport from Błonie Okrzei bus stop costs 200 zł per month (deducted from salary).
Workwear & Safety Gear: Official clothing and footwear provided at a cost of 200 zł (deducted from salary).
