Specific Information
Working Hours: 8 to 12 hours per day, Monday–Saturday (~192–288 hours/month depending on shift length)
Hourly Rate: 150 Kč/hour
Monthly Salary: Approximately 24,000 – 36,000 Kč gross/month (calculated at 160–240 average hours/month; subject to a 4,800 Kč/month housing deduction)
Job Description
Position: Quality Control & Packaging Operator
Location: Břeclav, Czech Republic
Contract Type: Dohoda o pracovní činnosti
Eligibility: Women and family couples up to 45 years old (Visa, residence permit, or other valid documentation accepted)
Key Requirements:
Basic knowledge of the Czech language (A1 level required).
Good eyesight/vision for inspection duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality control of finished products.
Sorting items and inspecting parts for technical defects.
Packaging goods according to standard procedures.
Work Schedule & Conditions:
Working days: Monday through Saturday.
Shift length: 8, 10, or 12 hours daily (scheduled rest breaks provided).
Strictly professional environment (using mobile phones during working hours is prohibited).
Compensation & Accommodation Benefits:
Remuneration: 150 Kč per hour.
Accommodation: Provided at a cost of 4,800 Kč per month (deducted from salary).
Transportation: Commute to and from the workplace is provided by the employer.
Orientation & Attire: Mandatory orientation tour required before starting work. Employees must provide their own work clothing.
