Salary & Bonuses

• Hourly Rate: CZK 180 / hour (Net)

• Completion Bonus: CZK 2,000 bonus after 3 months of work

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble automotive exhaust system components.

• Inspect the quality of individual parts and finished items.

• Pack finished products safely for distribution.

Candidate Requirements & Work Environment:

• Eligible Candidates: Men up to 50 years old.

• Work Conditions: Manufacturing of automotive exhaust systems; all work is performed while standing.

• Facility Comfort: A comfortable temperature is maintained throughout the facility year-round.

• Meals: Employees need to bring their own lunch.

Contract & Legal Details:

• Contract Type: Hlavní pracovní poměr (HPP) – Standard Main Employment Contract.

• Eligible Status: Employment is possible with visa-free entry status or Czech temporary protection.

Accommodation:

• Provided Housing: Offered in an apartment (2–3 people per room).

• Cost: CZK 100 per day (~CZK 3,000/month), automatically deducted from the salary.

• Location: Conveniently located within a 2-minute walk from the workplace.
