Work Hours & Schedule

• Work Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday shifts may be required depending on production needs)

• Shift Duration: 8 hours per shift

• Shift Rotation: 3-shift system

  • Morning Shift: 06:00 – 14:00

  • Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 22:00

  • Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00

• Breaks: Two unpaid breaks per shift (20 minutes and 10 minutes)

Salary & Performance-Based Hourly Rates The hourly wage depends directly on the employee’s performance level:

• 85.10% – 97.00% performance: CZK 140 / hour

• 97.10% – 100.00% performance: CZK 145 / hour

• 100.01% – 105.00% performance: CZK 155 / hour

• 105.01% – 110.00% performance: CZK 160 / hour

• 110.01% – 115.00% performance: CZK 165 / hour

• 115.01% – 120.00% performance: CZK 170 / hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange thin wires according to technical diagrams.

• Secure wires in special holders.

• Connect components using plastic cable ties.

• Assemble finished wiring harnesses.

Candidate Requirements & Testing:

• Eligible Candidates: Women up to 45 years old.

• Pre-employment Test: Candidates must complete a short test before starting work to assess attention to detail, ability to work with thin wires, and eyesight (wearing glasses is allowed).

• Work Conditions: Light physical work performed standing at a table with an inclined work surface in a comfortable indoor temperature.

• Clothing: Employees must provide their own work clothes.

Contract & Legal Details:

• Contract Type: Hlavní pracovní poměr (HPP) – Standard Main Employment Contract.

• Eligible Status: Employment is possible with visa-free entry or a valid visa.

Accommodation Details:

• Hostel Accommodation: Provided in a hostel (2–3 people per room with standard single beds).

• Cost: CZK 100 per day (~CZK 3,000/month). Must be paid by the employee before signing the employment contract; after signing, it is automatically deducted from the monthly salary.

• Accommodation with Children: Children aged 11 and above can be accommodated for CZK 6,500/month (paid upfront before signing, deducted from salary after signing).

• Self-Accommodation Bonus: Employees who arrange their own housing receive a bonus of CZK 2,000 for each full month worked.

Transportation:

• Commute: Reachable by public transport (approx. 40 minutes).

• Travel Pass Reimbursement: The transportation pass must be paid upfront by the employee before signing the contract; after signing, the full cost is reimbursed together with the salary.
