Specific Information

• Working Hours: 200–320 hours per month on average (Variable 8 to 12-hour shifts, 5–7 days per week depending on department and weekly workload)

• Hourly Rate:

  • Regular Net Rate: 25.33 PLN/hour net

  • Student Net Rate (under 26 with valid status): 31.40 PLN/hour net

• Monthly Salary: 4,000 – 10,000 PLN per month (Varies based on hours worked and student status; subject to 15 PLN/day (~450 PLN/month) housing deduction and one-time deductions for footwear, medical exam, and permit)

Job Description

Position: Warehouse Order Picker & Pallet Truck Operator

Location: Psary, Poland

Contract Type: Umowa zlecenia

Eligibility: Men, women, and couples up to 45 years old (Visa-free status, visa, or residence card accepted)

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, collecting, and sorting items across assigned warehouse departments.

• Operating an electric warehouse pallet truck to transport goods.

• Operating handheld barcode scanners to track and fulfill orders.

• Packing finished orders and preparing them for logistics dispatch.

• Manually lifting and handling boxes weighing up to approximately 10 kg.

Department Options & Work Schedule:

• Warm “Preparation” Department:

  • Shifts: 12-hour shifts operating across 4 rotating schedules (06:00–18:00, 10:00–22:00, 14:00–02:00, or 18:00–06:00).

  • Workload: 6–7 days per week (200–320 hours/month average). Picking target: ~200 boxes/hour.

• Fresh Department:

  • Shifts: Day shifts only (8 to 12 hours/day). Cooler ambient working environment.

  • Workload: Flexible schedule (picking target: ~180 boxes/hour). Free meals provided on site.

• Note: Target norms are waived during the initial 2–3 week training and adaptation period.

Compensation & Perks:

• Remuneration: 25.33 PLN/hour net (31.40 PLN/hour net for qualifying students under 26), plus performance bonuses for exceeding targets.

• Monthly Range: 4,000 PLN to 10,000 PLN net depending on total hours and performance.

Accommodation & Additional Expenses:

• Accommodation: Hostel housing provided at 15 PLN per day (~450 PLN/month, deducted from salary). Rooms accommodate 3–4 people (private rooms for couples; standard single beds) with access to kitchen, washing machine, and Wi-Fi.

• Commute: Free bus transport provided from Sosnowiec and Będzin (10–15 minute travel time).

• Workwear & Permits: Work clothing is provided free. One-time deductions apply for work shoes (60 PLN), medical certificate (150 PLN), and electric pallet truck operator permit (150 PLN).
