Working Hours: ~160–210 hours per month (10.5 hours per day, shift-based/flexible schedule; includes 1 hour total break time, 30 minutes of which is paid)
Hourly Rate:
Regular Net Rate: 25.84 zł/hour net
Student Net Rate (under 26 with valid proof): 32.00 zł/hour net
Private Housing Allowance: Additional +1.20 zł/hour gross for employees renting independently
Monthly Salary: 5,100 – 6,700 PLN per month (Includes a initial 200 zł monthly bonus for perfect attendance; subject to a 600–750 zł/month housing deduction)
Job Description
Position: Warehouse Order Picker & Box Assembler
Location: Starowiskitki-Parcel, Poland
Contract Type: Umowa zlecenie
Eligibility: Men, women, and couples up to 60 years old (Visa-free entry status, visa, or residence card accepted)
Key Responsibilities:
Assembling and preparing cardboard boxes for order packing.
Order picking using handheld barcode scanners.
Locating, selecting, and verifying items to ensure they match customer orders.
Passing verified goods along to the packing and dispatch department.
Work Schedule & Conditions:
Current Schedule: Single shift from 08:00 to 18:30 (10.5-hour working day).
Future Schedule: Transitioning to a 3-days-on / 3-days-on / 3-days-off rotation with 2 shifts (06:00–16:30 and 18:30–05:00) based on warehouse workload.
Includes up to 1 hour of total break time per shift (30 minutes paid).
Lightweight physical work with a maximum box weight of up to 5 kg.
Compensation & Attendance Incentive:
Remuneration: 25.84 zł/hour net regular rate (32.00 zł/hour net for students under 26).
Attendance Bonus: Initial 200 zł monthly bonus for zero unexcused absences.
Monthly Range: Estimated earnings between 5,100 PLN and 6,700 PLN.
Accommodation & Transportation:
Accommodation Options: Hostels, houses, or apartments (2–3 people per room; separate rooms for couples; standard single beds). Costs 600 zł/month in Wiskitki or 750 zł/month in Żyrardów (deducted directly from salary).
Private Accommodation Allowance: Additional +1.20 zł/hour gross offered to employees who arrange their own housing.
Transport Pickup Points: Organized transport available from Jaktorowska 41B (Żyrardów), 1 Maja 66 (Żyrardów), and Izi Zielińskiej 16 (Wiskitki).
Equipment & Amenities: Work shoes and safety vest provided free of charge (cost deducted only if employment ends in under 3 months). Break room equipped with refrigerators, kettles, microwaves, and vending machines.
