Working Hours: Flexible rotating shift schedule (6–15 hours per shift, both day and night shifts available)
Hourly Rate: Tiered progressive net rates based on total hours worked:
First 250 hours: 170 Kč/hour net
250–1,000 hours: 180 Kč/hour net (plus a one-time 2,500 Kč bonus)
1,000–2,000 hours: 190 Kč/hour net
2,000–4,000 hours: 200 Kč/hour net
4,000–6,000 hours: 210 Kč/hour net
After 6,000 hours: 220 Kč/hour net
Monthly Salary: Varies depending on total hours worked (Subject to 6,500 Kč/month accommodation deduction and work target completion; failure to meet targets may temporarily reduce paid hours to 2 hours/day)

Position: Warehouse Worker (Order Picker / Logistics Assistant)
Location: Prague (Praha), Czech Republic

Eligibility: Men, women, and couples up to 50 years old (Visa-free regime, visa, or residence card accepted)
Key Responsibilities:
Picker Process:
Locating and scanning required products using a handheld scanner.
Placing collected products accurately into designated baskets.
Transferring orders to the next stage of the picking flow.
Logistics Process:
Preparing completed orders for handover to delivery couriers.
Sorting and organizing orders according to specific delivery routes.
General Duties: Maintaining active physical movement throughout the shift and consistently meeting assigned work targets.
Work Schedule & Conditions:
Flexible rotating shift schedule with varying shift lengths (6 to 15 hours daily).
Day and night shifts available; rest days may occur on weekdays or weekends.
Workplace features both warm and cool zones (cooler sections maintained at +9…+10°C).
Active role requiring continuous walking without heavy lifting strain.
Compensation & Accommodation Benefits:
Remuneration: Tiered net hourly wage starting at 170 Kč/hour up to 220 Kč/hour based on accumulated working hours, plus performance bonuses.
Accommodation: Provided in houses, apartments, hostels, or hotels (2–3 people per room; separate rooms for couples). Cost is 6,500 Kč/month (deducted directly from salary). Employees must bring their own bed linen.
Training & Equipment: Full on-the-job training provided. Free reflective vest included. Protective steel-toe footwear is mandatory (available via employer for 800 Kč deducted from salary or brought independently).
Additional Logistics: Employees manage their own meals and public transport commute. A registration fee of 2,000 Kč is required during document processing for residency registration.
