Position: Warehouse Worker

Location: Minsk, Republic of Belarus

Target Candidates: Men and women (No work experience or language requirements in Belarusian, Russian, or English needed)

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and scanning orders using a handheld scanner (supports Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, and English).

• Receiving incoming goods and placing products into designated warehouse locations.

• Collecting products from warehouse shelves based on customer order lists.

• Packing collected goods securely and preparing them for further processing.

• Sorting and scanning packages prior to dispatch to other warehouse departments.

• Performing quality control checks to confirm orders are complete and correctly packed.

• Following supervisor instructions while maintaining a clean, safe workplace environment.

Work Schedule & Conditions:

• Full-time role working 8 to 10 hours daily across 5 to 6 days per week.

• Additional overtime hours available and paid separately.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Remuneration: $750 to $950 USD per month, plus separate pay for overtime work.
