Specific Information

• Working Hours: Minimum 180 hours/month (8–12 hours per day, floating schedule starting at 07:00, day shifts with overtime available)

• Hourly Rate: 130 – 140 Kč/hour

• Monthly Salary: Approximately 23,400 – 25,200 Kč gross/month (calculated at 180 hours/month; subject to a 7,000 Kč/month housing deduction)

Job Description

Position: Goods Return & Complaints Processing Specialist

Location: Jeneč (Prague region), Czech Republic

Target Candidates: Women up to 45 years old (Visa, residence permit, or other valid documentation accepted)

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing returned products and items.

• Inspecting, sorting, and handling customer product complaints.

Work Schedule & Conditions:

• Floating work schedule operating on day shifts starting at 07:00.

• Shift length ranges between 8 to 12 hours daily (minimum 180 working hours per month).

• Workday includes 15–30 minute rest breaks; overtime available.

Compensation & Payment:

• Remuneration: 130 to 140 Kč per hour.

• Payment Terms: Monthly earnings transferred to a bank account between the 20th and 25th of each month.

• Advances: Weekly advance payments of 2,000 Kč are available.

Accommodation & Additional Expenses:

• Accommodation: Provided at a cost of 7,000 Kč per month (deducted directly from salary). Shared rooms for 2–4 people. No allowance is offered for private rentals.

• Attire & Safety Gear: Candidates must provide their own work clothing. Standard work footwear is required at a cost of 1,200 Kč.

• Meals & Transit: Meals and daily commute to the workplace are at the worker’s own expense. No prior work experience needed.
