• Working Hours: ~160 hours per month base (8 hours per day, floating schedule; overtime available)

• Monthly Salary: Approximately 24,000 Kč gross/month base (calculated at 160 hours/month; subject to a 3,000 Kč/month housing deduction)

Job Description

Position: Winery Production & Bottling Line Operator

Location: Mikulov, Czech Republic

Eligibility: Men, women, and married couples up to 48 years old (Visa, residence permit, or other valid documentation accepted)

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing bottling line processes, filters, and pumps to ensure continuous operation.

• Replenishing raw materials and packaging supplies as needed.

• Setting up, configuring, and adjusting equipment.

• Collaborating with colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve issues on the bottling line.

• Performing various general operational and maintenance tasks around the winery.

Work Schedule & Conditions:

• Floating work schedule with standard 8-hour daily shifts.

• Overtime hours available upon operational demand.

• Position requires strong willingness to work (no prior experience necessary).

Compensation & Payment:

• Remuneration: 150 Kč per hour.

• Payment Schedule: Monthly salary paid directly to bank account between the 20th and 25th of each month.

• Advances: Weekly advance payments of 1,500 Kč available.

Accommodation & Vacation Benefits:

• Accommodation: Provided at a cost of 3,000 Kč per month (deducted from salary). Rooms accommodate 3–4 people, with dedicated separate rooms for married couples. Conveniently located within walking distance from the workplace.

• Vacation: 5 weeks of paid annual leave provided.

• Meals: Meals are at the employee’s own expense.
