Specific Information

• Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days per week, Monday–Friday; overtime available)

• Hourly Rate: 140 Kč/hour

• Monthly Salary: Approximately 22,400 Kč gross/month base (based on a standard 160 hours/month), plus 2,500 – 5,000 Kč/month in bonuses (Subject to 4,500 Kč/month housing deduction)

Job Description

Position: Production Line Worker (Fish & Vegetable Processing)

Location: Opava, Czech Republic

Contract Type: Hlavní pracovní poměr (HPP)

Eligibility: Men, women, and married couples up to 55 years old (Visa, residence permit, or other valid documentation accepted)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing and processing semi-finished products from fish and vegetables.

• Following production line specifications and maintaining food safety standards.

Work Schedule & Conditions:

• Standard 5-day work week from Monday to Friday (Saturdays and Sundays off).

• Operating on a 3-shift system:

  • Morning Shift: 06:00 – 14:00

  • Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 22:00

  • Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00

• Overtime hours available upon request.

Compensation & Bonuses:

• Base Pay: 140 Kč per hour.

• Monthly Bonuses: Performance and attendance bonuses ranging from 2,500 Kč to 5,000 Kč per month.

Accommodation & Family Policy:

• Housing Cost: 4,500 Kč per month (provided in a dormitory).

• Room Setup: 3–4 people per room; married couples are provided shared accommodation.

• Family-Friendly: Living with a child is permitted.

• Commute: Accommodation is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk from the workplace.
